All learning activities should be conducted within the group. Personal information of every member is securely stored on the Stock And Patterns server. We assure you that this data will not be shared with anybody.

If any member reports that they have been contacted by other Stock And Patterns members who are attempting to recruit them for other groups/channels or engaging in any form of malpractice that damages the reputation and brand of Stock And Patterns, we will take this matter seriously and pursue legal action if necessary.

Spreading negativity within or outside the group about Stock And Patterns will result in the loss of all premium benefits associated with being a Stock And Patterns member.

​

Influencing negativity among other batch members disrupts the learning process, which is the primary reason why every student has joined Stock And Patterns. Such actions will lead to the loss of all premium benefits.

​

Once the course schedule is completed as per the respective batch, every Stock And Patterns webinar member has the right to opt out of the services from Stock And Patterns anytime. The opt-out intimation should be communicated to support@stockandpatterns.com for removal of access and further communications.

Any group or channel apart from Stock And Patterns public channel created by Stock And Patterns is private and should be accessed by premium members only. The information discussed, published, announced should be within the private groups only. If we find any of the information going out from these private groups from any of the members, the respective members will lose all the premium benefits of Stock And Patterns.

We are only responsible for maintaining the respective batch group for 3 months. After 3 months, the batch will be reviewed by us. If we find any negativity happening in the group, then the group will be dissolved without any prior notice.

Stock And Patterns has the right to dissolve the batch groups at any point in time if any breach is found in our policy.

Our web server and database reside behind a firewall in a secure data center with offsite backup and fire protection.
